RouteVero/Terms of use

Terms of use

Clear terms without signing away mandatory rights.

Last updated 11 July 2026.

RouteVero is a tool—not a certified measuring system, tax advice or a guarantee that every drive is captured. These terms reduce risk only to the extent the law permits. Mandatory consumer, privacy and digital-product rights always remain.

1. Parties and applicable terms

These terms are between you and Supanat Konprom, an independent developer and the seller of RouteVero (“RouteVero Operator”, “we”). Downloading or using the app accepts these terms where legally permitted. Verified trader contact details are available on the applicable App Store product page. Apple’s Standard EULA and Media Services terms also apply to the App Store licence and purchase. Mandatory law prevails over conflicting wording.

2. Licence and permitted use

You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use RouteVero on Apple devices you own or control under Apple’s Usage Rules. You must not unlawfully copy, resell, disrupt, reverse-engineer or use the app to violate another person’s rights, except where law prohibits those restrictions.

3. No tax advice or certification

RouteVero records, reviews and exports data but provides no personalised tax, legal, accounting or employment advice. Country profiles, rates, warnings and articles may be incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your facts. RouteVero is not certified or approved by a tax authority. Verify current rules and every report yourself or with a qualified adviser.

4. Tracking limitations

Automatic detection depends on iOS, hardware, GPS, motion, background permission, battery settings, network, maps and travel conditions. Drives may be missed, duplicated, start or stop incorrectly, or show inaccurate routes and distances. Use manual tracking for critical drives and review every reporting period. Integrity warnings are aids, not legal or factual certification.

5. Your records and backups

You are responsible for entries, classifications, purposes, odometer readings, vehicle selection, corrections and final reports. Check files before sharing them with an employer, client, accountant or authority. Keep periodic CSV and PDF exports plus supporting evidence. RouteVero should not be your only legally required archive.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Apple bills and manages purchases. The price, duration, trial, renewal and cancellation information Apple shows before purchase governs the transaction. Manage or cancel through your Apple account and use Restore Purchases when needed. Refunds follow Apple rules and applicable law. Nothing limits mandatory remedies for defective digital content or services.

7. Third-party services

RouteVero may depend on Apple Location Services, MapKit, geocoding, iCloud, App Store and RevenueCat. Those providers control their services, availability and terms. We are not responsible for external events beyond reasonable control, without limiting liability that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Changes, availability and termination

We may repair, secure, modify or discontinue features for valid technical, legal or business reasons. Where reasonable or legally required, we will give notice and avoid unnecessary reduction of paid functionality. You may stop by cancelling and deleting the app. Access may be restricted for fraud, abuse, security risk or material breach, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate.

9. Warranties

To the extent permitted, RouteVero is provided “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect GPS, suitability for a specific tax regime or acceptance of reports by third parties. This does not exclude statutory conformity guarantees or mandatory consumer rights.

10. Liability

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, data-protection violations, or any liability that law does not permit us to limit. For consumers, liability is limited only to the extent mandatory consumer law permits.

For users acting solely in a trade, business or profession, aggregate liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is, to the extent permitted, limited to fees paid for RouteVero during the twelve months before the event. For those business users, indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, missed deductions, tax penalties and loss arising from unreviewed or unexported data are excluded where permitted.

11. Law, disputes and general terms

Consumers in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Norway or Iceland retain mandatory law and access to courts of their habitual residence. For business users, the law and courts of the RouteVero Operator’s establishment apply where permitted. Invalid wording is narrowed without invalidating the rest; delay in enforcement is not waiver. Material adverse changes will be notified where required. Contact: unclegrape1975@gmail.com.
